Hi Family and friends!
I wanted to do a blog post on General Conference this weekend because I am SO excited to hear the
messages the prophet and his apostles have for us!I am not going to lie, in the past I haven't been that great about watching General Conference without tons of distractions, falling asleep, or just getting lost and day dreaming. But, last year in seminary I was taught the importance of really listening to General Conference and apply the teachings of the talks to my own life. So Thats what I did! Let me tell you, it changed my entire look on conference forever. I know that there are things said and taught so that I personally can hear for things that I had been struggling with. So, that brings us to this weekend! I am so excited to once again hear what our beloved prophet has to say and hear the amazing speakers. I wrote down certain things that I need help with so that I can receive an answer when I listen. I am so excited to get further direction in my life through Heavenly Fathers faithful prophet. I will post on my favorite talk soon and more about conference so stay tuned! I hope you are all as excited as I am and I would love to hear what your favorite talks were.
